The Florida Hospital Waterman Community Primary Health Clinic, 2300 Kurt Street, Eustis, is pleased to announce Dr. Stephen Young as its incoming Medical Director. Dr. Young is a veteran Clinic volunteer provider and assumed the new role on June 28, 2010.

Dr. Young was raised in Lake County, attended Eustis High School, completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and residency at Florida Hospital, Orlando. Dr. Young returned to our community to practice family medicine with compassion, knowledge and a commitment to serving others in need. Trinity Family Medical Center in Tavares, FL, is the location of his private practice.

In his new role as Medical Director, Dr. Young will help direct policies and changes for the Clinic, in addition to patient chart review and supervision of the Clinic’s Nurse Practitioners. He will help to uphold the long tradition of high quality care which started with Dr. Jerry Reynolds and continued with Dr. Sharon White-Findley.

Florida Hospital Waterman Community Primary Health Clinic is a Medical Clinic that offers primary medical care free of charge to uninsured, financially qualifying patients of North East Lake County.
