Florida Hospital Waterman Rehabilitation Institute, formerly known as The Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness, has served the community since 1992 from its facility at the Golden Triangle YMCA. Now located on the campus of Florida Hospital Waterman, we have expanded our services to accommodate the growing population of Lake County.
We offer diverse programs in physical, speech and occupational therapy, in addition to skilled therapy services for orthopedic injuries, surgeries, neurological disorders, lymphedema, hand therapy, and splinting.
Our newest services include a gait-assist program for ambulation, incontinence treatment, and balance training. In addition, our state-of-the-art heated therapy pool allows for increased flexibility in our aquatic therapy program.
Florida Hospital Waterman Rehabilitation Institute has proudly served the community for many years, and we look forward to providing quality rehabilitation services for your physical, speech and occupational therapy needs.
