No crowded waiting room, no long wait, and a 15-minute guarantee
Florida Hospital Waterman is pleased to introduce InQuickER, an online advance registration process that allows patients to bypass the emergency department waiting room.
InQuickER guarantees that patients who register online and provide all requested information will be seen by a physician or physician’s assistance within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival time.
When patients log onto the InQuickER website, they find the soonest possible time they can be seen for treatment in the emergency room at Florida Hospital Waterman. Patients then choose what time they want to be seen and briefly describe their injury or illness. After holding their place in line, patients can print an appointment confirmation.
It's that simple. If the patient waits more than 15 minutes after the time committed to them, there is no hospital charge for the ER visit. That includes no charge for the ER visit, no charge for actual diagnostic services, and no charge for supplies. However, charges for the services of the ER physician will apply, and there may be a charge for the professional services of a consulting physician that must interpret certain diagnostic tests or if one is called in for specialty care. Additionally, if the patient’s condition requires admission, there will be a charge for the inpatient or observation admission.
