
Kenneth R. Mattison
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mattison was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida Hospital Waterman in April 1997. Prior to coming to Florida Hospital Waterman, he served in several positions within the Adventist Health System, including President/CEO at Jellico Community Hospital, Jellico, TN; Chief Operating Officer of Park Ridge Hospital, Fletcher, NC; and Chief Financial Officer of Gordon Hospital, Calhoun, GA. Mr. Mattison started his hospital career as a staff accountant and has worked in various finance related areas prior to his first administrative position. Altogether, he has 32 years of hospital work experience. Mr. Mattison received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Adventist University in 1976.

Carrie L. Fish
Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Fish has been in an executive capacity with Florida Hospital Waterman since 1991 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2000. Prior to coming to Florida Hospital Waterman, she worked at Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Orlando, FL; Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Dallas, TX; and Baylor Health Care System, Dallas, TX. Ms. Fish received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 1981.

Frances H. Crunk
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Crunk was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Florida Hospital Waterman in January 2007. Prior to coming to Florida Hospital Waterman she worked at Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC) where she served as VP/CFO for 8 years. Prior to CTMC she served as Senior VP for Finance at Boston Regional Medical Center, Stoneham, MA; Senior Vice President of Finance at Hanford Community Medical Center, Hanford, CA; and Controller at St. Helena Hospital, Deer Park, CA. Altogether, Ms. Crunk has 31 years of hospital work experience. Ms. Crunk was a national board member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association from 2003– 2006. Ms. Crunk received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in 1977.

Patricia Dolan, R.N., B.S.N., M.S
Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer
Ms. Dolan joined Florida Hospital Waterman in October, 2010. Patricia came to FHW as the CNO at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Arkansas, where she served for 7 1/2 years. Previously, she was the Associate Administrator at Christus Spohn Hospital Shoreline in Corpus Christi, Texas. Patricia is a member of the American Organization for Nurse Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives, and she served as the Chairman of the Baptist Health System Nursing Council for a five-hospital system in Little Rock, Arkansas. She has a diploma from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing, Memphis Tennessee, and she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master's of Science from University of Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee.

Vinay Mehindru, MD, MBA
Vice President/Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mehindru joined Florida Hospital Waterman in September, 2011. Prior to coming to Florida Hospital Waterman he worked as the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Wuesthoff Health System in Rockledge, FL. Previously, he served as the emergency department chair of two hospitals in Central Florida, and brings 7 years of extensive experience having worked as the founder/director of two hospitalist programs for Health First hospitals. Dr. Mehindru is board certified in both internal and emergency medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and emergency medicine residency with the University of Florida. Dr. Mehindru received his healthcare management MBA from University of Texas at Dallas.

Anita J. Young, MBA, CFRE
Foundation President/Chief Development Officer
Ms. Young joined the FHW Foundation in 1988, after working in various healthcare related capacities at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and Methodist Healthcare Systems of Memphis, TN. She has served as the Foundation President and Chief Development Officer since 1996, and also is responsible for senior leadership oversight of the FHW Auxiliary and the Community Primary Health Clinic. She holds her MBA from the University of Central Florida, and Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University, along with the national designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive since 1997.
